Salad is one of the easiest ways to get your veggies in. On top of that, it’s easy to make it fun and interesting… IF you do a little prep work and can use a bit of creativity.
Another great reason to eat salads daily is that you will start to see and feel a difference in your body in only a few short days. You’ll start to see some real change in just a couple weeks. And to top it all off, your body… your cells… will begin to thank you because you’re filling it with all the goodness that it needs to function!!
The best part is that you can create a habit that will serve you great health for the rest of your days!
Habits are important!!
For any major changes in your body, you need to check your habits. Good or bad, your habits will have a huge influence on your health. If you want to make a change in your body, start by checking the things you do habitually and see how those actions are working in and on your body. Once you take note of what you are doing, you can see how to modify it to get the health, fitness, and body that you desire.
I’ve heard it said that it only takes 21 days to create a new habit. With this 30 day challenge, we have enough time to create a habit and seal it in!! You ready?? Let’s DO THIS!!
- Challenge begins on May 1, 2018
- Week 1: 1 LARGE salad per day
- Week 2: 2 LARGE salads per day
- Week 3: 3 LARGE salads per day
- Week 4: Either All Raw foods OR 2 Large salads daily
- We will have daily check-ins to see how you’re dong, to share recipes, and to discuss challenges
- Regular Live Videos to talk about health, salads, salad dressings, and answer your questions.
